Neutrakon® Pro SN90 is a new high-quality stainless steel neutralization system designed for large heating systems, CHP plants, or chimneys up to 11 MW or 1500 l/h (396,26 Gal/h). With its compact design and innovative "Neutra baskets", it can efficiently treat acidic condensates. The V4A stainless steel used in its construction ensures acid and temperature resistance, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Additionally, the entire system, as well as the "Neutra baskets", is registered as "DBGM" (German Federal Utility Model) in the German Patent and Trademark Office. Neutrakon® Pro SN90 is a patented product and represents a significant advancement in the treatment of acidic condensates for large-scale systems.
The Neutrakon® Pro SN90 features three "Neutra baskets" placed in series to ensure easy handling and maintenance. Its scalability allows for neutralization performance tailored to your specific needs. The sequence of the baskets has been carefully designed to optimize the flow path, thanks to a dividing wall on the inlet side, which immediately directs the condensate into the correct path upon entry into the Neutrakon® Pro SN90. With a generous box length and optimized flow path control, sufficient contact time with the neutralizing granulate is guaranteed. Additionally, the number of "Neutra baskets" can be adjusted to meet your neutralization requirements.
Thanks to the intelligent yet simple snap-in function of the "Neutra baskets", maintenance is effortless. Each individual basket can be easily removed from the stainless steel Neutrakon® Pro SN90 using the handle profile mounted on the basket, allowing for simple granulate replacement and/or rinsing of the stainless steel box. A maintenance valve further simplifies maintenance procedures.
